We are the Official Online Store for Gina Pankowski Jewelry. You can be confident that all jewelry purchased from is authentic and of the highest quality.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Your order will be processed within 1-4 days from the date received. With high demand items, your order may be delayed or back-ordered. You will be notified by email if there is any anticipated delay.

When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.


We offer a 14 day return policy for exchange or store credit. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us for the quickest response. The returned item must be in the original condition it was received.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept the following payment methods: Domestic Orders (PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express), International (Paypal, Credit Cards via Paypal). Pricing on our website is displayed in US dollars. Promotions on our site are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied to all sales shipped within Washington State at the rate of 9.5%

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is incorrectly listed, Gina Pankowski LLC reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Gina Pankowski LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Gina Pankowski LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Jewelry Care

· Each piece of jewelry by Gina Pankowski is crafted by hand and meant to last. However jewelry is delicate and deserves appropriate care.

· When not being worn store your jewelry in a cloth lined box, tarnish suppressing fabric is best.

· Avoid direct contact with chemicals like detergents, chlorine, sulfur, perfumes, lotions and oils. These substances can discolor the metals, pearls and gems. Metals will naturally discolor with age and may be gently cleaned with a polishing cloth. Pieces with a shiny silver or bright metal finish may be cleaned with a liquid jewelry dip only if they do not include gems and pearls. Follow product instructions carefully. Jewelry with a dark patinated finish should never be cleaned with more than a soft cloth. Pearls and most gemstones cannot stand harsh cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners.

· The gems and pearls used in our designs are natural and thus will vary in color, shape and size. These natural variations are part of their beauty and add unique character to the jewelry.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders in the continental U.S. International Orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority starting at $ 15.00.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. International orders take 5-15 days to arrive.

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We accept returns for, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
